Our recent stay at this luxurious hotel was truly remarkable. From the exclusive amenities to the unparalleled service, this hotel truly lives up to its reputation. the room advantages were exceptional, with tasteful decor and private facilities that provided the perfect oasis of relaxation. the restaurant and bar areas were equally impressive, with impeccable service and an extensive drink and dining menu. the location advantages were also outstanding, with easy access to local attractions and transportation.

We did experience a minor issue during check-in where a disbursement fee was double charged, which led to confusion and frustration. Nonetheless, the staff handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue quickly.

Parking was a hassle.

The hotel itself is superior, we appreciated staff and rooms. The best thing is location - just next door to Franz Hafka statue as well as the center of Prague.

We stayed close to the historic center, only a few minutes' walk from a convenience store and with breathtaking views of the castle. The breakfast was faultless, the incredibly friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you, and the refurbed room had some modern bathroom fittings.

The lighting in both the bedrooms and the common areas was too bright and soulless—not the type to relax.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a newly renovated hotel in Prague. the service staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. One thing I really liked about the hotel was its key location, which made it convenient for me to explore the city and visit the main shopping street. Another advantage was the clean and well-maintained rooms, with excellent air conditioning and soundproofing.

There were a few issues that could be improved. the housekeeping seemed understaffed, as the room was sometimes not cleaned until late in the afternoon, despite the clean our room sign on the door.

It's just off the bustle of Praha 1 near a lovely park and within walking distance to Prague castle. But above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with any information we needed about getting around this city.

I could easily walk to all the major sights or take a short tram or subway ride if needed. Secondly, the service and staff were outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with any request. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and small balcony. Lastly, the breakfast included in my stay was a highlight. There was a large variation of delicious options, all served with good taste. my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
